The stainless steel sheet is a cathode material, the polishing solution is electrolyte, the pure-iron sample is used as an anode; the ground surface of the pure-iron sample is parallel to the stainless steel sheet and is immersed into the electrolyte together with the stainless steel sheet; a constant current voltage-stabilizing power supply is switched on to perform electrolytic polishing; the electrolytic polishing solution and the electrolytic polishing method can effectively remove the naked eye invisible scratch on the surface of the pure-iron EBSD sample, the polished surface is smooth, bright and clean; the continuous corrosion pit is avoided, the surface quality of the EBSD testing sample is improved, and the EBSD sample with real grain structure, good definition and high calibration rate is acquired, and an experimental sample is provided for the pure-iron grain boundary corrosion experiment.
