First-principles calculation of intrinsic carrier mobility of silicene
TL;DR: In this article, the intrinsic carrier mobility of silicene is calculated using first-principles methods incorporating density functional theory, Boltzman transport equation, and the deformation potential theory.

Intrinsic carrier mobility of germanene is larger than graphene's: first-principle calculations
TL;DR: In this article, the intrinsic carrier mobility (ICM) of germanene, a group-IV graphene-like two-dimensional buckled nanosheet, was calculated by combining the Boltzmann transport equation with the relaxation time approximation at first-principle level.

MXene-induced electronic optimization of metal-organic framework-derived CoFe LDH nanosheet arrays for efficient oxygen evolution
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed to create active sites while accelerating charge transport to improve the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) properties of MOF-derived layered double hydroxides (MLDH).

Influence of rare earth doping on thermoelectric properties of SrTiO3 ceramics
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple approach for enhancing the thermoelectric performance of SrTiO3 ceramics is proposed: mainly doped with large ions to obtain a large power factor and, simultaneously, slightly co-doped with small ions to get a low thermal conductivity.

Naphthalene diimide–diketopyrrolopyrrole copolymers as non-fullerene acceptors for use in bulk-heterojunction all-polymer UV–NIR photodetectors
Liuyong Hu,Wenqiang Qiao,Jinfeng Han,Xiaokang Zhou,Canglong Wang,Dongge Ma,Zhi Yuan Wang,Zhi Yuan Wang,Yuning Li +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a photodetector using a blend of a donor polymer based on dithienopyrrole and diketopyrrolopyryrrole (PDTP-DPP) and a copolymer (PNDI-DPP10) as an acceptor was presented.
