Immobilization of enzymes through one-pot chemical preoxidation and electropolymerization of dithiols in enzyme-containing aqueous suspensions to develop biosensors with improved performance.
Yingchun Fu,Chao Chen,Qingji Xie,Xiahong Xu,Can Zou,Qingmei Zhou,Liang Tan,Hao Tang,Youyu Zhang,Shouzhuo Yao +9 more
TL;DR: The proposed CPEM protocol may be interesting in a number of fields, including biosensing, biocatalysis, biofuel cells, bioaffinity chromatography, and biomaterials, and the successful electropolymerization of dithiols in aqueous suspensions (two-phase electropolemerization) may open a new avenue for many monomers that are poorly soluble in neutral aQueous solutions to in situ immobilize biomolecules for bioapplications.

Novel polymeric bionanocomposites with catalytic Pt nanoparticles label immobilized for high performance amperometric immunoassay
Yingchun Fu,Penghao Li,Ting Wang,Lijuan Bu,Qingji Xie,Xiahong Xu,Lihong Lei,Can Zou,Jinhua Chen,Shouzhuo Yao,Shouzhuo Yao +10 more
TL;DR: The results show that PDA is an excellent matrix to support antibody and PtNPs due to its high biocompatibility, adsorbability, and processibility, and the thus-prepared PBNCs are of high immuno-recognition efficiency and high catalytic activity toward H(2)O(2), which is expected to find wide bioassay applications.

A high-performance polarization-sensitive and stable self-powered UV photodetector based on a dendritic crystal lead-free metal-halide CsCu2I3/GaN heterostructure.
Can Zou,Qing Li,Kai Chen,Fei Chen,Zixuan Zhao,Yuliang Cao,Congcong Deng,Xingfu Wang,Xiaohang Li,Shaobin Zhan,Fangliang Gao,Shuti Li +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a dendritic crystal lead-free metal-halide CsCu2I3/GaN heterostructure was proposed to achieve a high-performance polarization-sensitive and stable UV photodetector.

Highly sensitive glucose biosensor based on one-pot biochemical preoxidation and electropolymerization of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole in glucose oxidase-containing aqueous suspension.
TL;DR: The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance technique was used to investigate various electrode modification processes, which revealed that poly(DMcT) could be cathodically detached from the electrode surface, favorably enabling the electrochemical regeneration of the electrode substrate.
