With the disclosed method, the geological attribute distribution law of the geological samples can be accurately obtained to provide an important basis for the to-be-performed geological exploration.

Compared with a prior time-harmonic source electromagnetic wave well logging method, the method is free from interferences of a primary field while measuring, a pulse source comprises rich information of a wide frequency domain, the advantage of time-domain extraction of stratum information is provided, and a shorter source distance can be used to implement a remote detection of the boundary of the stratum for geosteering with well drilling and logging.

The method comprises the following steps: geological guide models are built by using history adjoining well and/or guide hole well logging data; well hole stratum relative dip angles, stratum direction angles and boundary distance indicating polarization values are calculated by using direction gammas while drilling and electromagnetic wave resistivity log curves obtained in real time to correct the geological guide models and to build stratum initial models while drilling; based on response results of the stratum initial models while drilling, the models are corrected; according to preset geological model inversion databases, stratum real parameters are obtained through a quick database searching method; and according to the stratum real parameters, the change of layer interfaces in the well shaft directions of horizontal wells to be drilled is predicted, and adjusted safety distances of drill bits in target layers are calculated. The method can predict the stratum directions and the distances from the drill bits to the layer boundaries through conventional logging data while drilling, so that the logging data utilization efficiency is improved, and the geological guidance operation of engineers is directed.

The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a conventional while-drilling electromagnetic wave resistivity forward modeling simulation database is established; secondly, logging is conducted to obtain a while-drilling electromagnetic wave resistivity logging response and a while-drilling direction imaging logging response; thirdly, while-drilling direction imaging data obtained in the second step is used for formation direction recognition and dip angle calculation; fourthly, an initial geologic model is established according to the resistivity logging data obtained in the second step and the formation direction and the dip angle which are obtained in the third step. According to the method, conventional while-drilling electromagnetic wave resistivity logging and the traditional while-drilling direction imaging logging dataare used for achieving formation direction recognition, boundary detection, dip angle extraction and formation background resistivity inversion calculation. On the basis of not increasing the loggingcost, advantages of existing different instruments are complemented, implicit information of the logging data is mined, the utilization efficiency of the logging data is improved, and more comprehensive formation dip angle, direction and boundary distance information is obtained.
