Comparison of conventional continuous positive airway pressure to continuous positive airway pressure titration performed with sleep endoscopy.
Senol Civelek,Ismet Emrah Emre,Denizhan Dizdar,Caglar Cuhadaroglu,Birsen Karaci Eksioglu,Algın Kayar Eraslan,Suat Turgut +6 more
TL;DR: To evaluate the effect and obtain a pressure value of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) under direct visualization using drug‐induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) and compare the pressure values with values obtained using conventional CPAP, DISE is used.

Aortic elastic properties and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea
Hulya Kasikcioglu,Levent Karasulu,Ebru Durgun,Huseyin Oflaz,Erdem Kasikcioglu,Caglar Cuhadaroglu +5 more
TL;DR: Increased aortic stiffness that is associated with the severity of disease in patients with obstructive sleep apnea may lead to diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle.

Acute Effects of Automated Continuous Positive Airway Pressure on Blood Pressure in Patients with Sleep Apnea and Hypertension
TL;DR: Automated CPAP therapy in patients with sleep apnea and hypertension did not decrease systolic and diastolic blood pressures and heart rates acutely, however, it might reduce the variability of these parameters during sleep in patients, but not during the day.

Evaluation of clinical parameters in patients with obstructive sleep apnea and possible correlation with the severity of the disease.
TL;DR: This study has identified some standardized physical findings for predicting the severity of OSA and aims to benefit from these findings in the selection of a rational treatment modality selection for patients with OSA.
