Multi-class Document Classification using Support Vector Machine (SVM) Based on Improved Naïve Bayes Vectorization Technique

Due to added mobility and the increase in international students worldwide, as well as the current problem regarding the counterfeiting of diplomas and the selling of fraudulent certificates, we propose a technological solution. Namely, to ally blockchain technology to higher education certificates and diplomas, to make the process of checking for academic qualifications more facilitated and transparent. Employers of graduates, as well as higher education institutions which evaluate course applicants, would benefit. Perhaps equally as important, students applying for international degree programs would have their lives simplified. There is an increased pressure to ensure the legitimacy and authenticity of certifications and diplomas—and preferably without the current “hassle” of getting diplomas recognized by official entities. New technological advances, with the development of blockchain and smart contracts, with their characteristics of immutability, decentralization, security, traceability, and consensus, may be considered an excellent match to implement a robust and reliable anti-fraud solution to issue digital diplomas. Radical innovations, such as linking blockchain and higher education diplomas, involve significant change and novelty. Linking blockchain and higher education diplomas could potentially positively impact and benefit millions of people worldwide, especially the younger generations. This study involved a literature review and the searching of the Scopus database (refereed publications) for the following concepts: blockchain and diploma. Existing literature is recent, with most articles (25) published between 2019 and 2020, with 4 in 2018 and only 1 in 2017. This was aligned with our expectations since the development of blockchain utilization outside financial and crypto-assets industries is recent, and it is known as “Blockchain 3.0”. We can additionally affirm that the topic is attracting attention and efforts from researchers worldwide and that some higher education institutions have already implemented ad hoc solutions. As it is, the sector lacks a unified response to the problem of automatic and reliable higher education diploma certification.

Food order from mobile application is popular nowadays, this way can help customers order food effectively and faster. It also can offer maximum benefit for suppliers and customers. So, the customer can get the value of onlinefood order delivery. This research used quantitative approach with 187 respondents to see what stimulus factors that make people interest in online order for food delivery. Research questions that need to be answered: which stimulus factors that make people interest to do online order for food delivery? There are 6 (six) hypotheses for this research and the answers to these questions are privacy factor and informativeness factors as the stimulus to make the customer order online food delivery. The SOR model is used in this research. The SOR model instead of Stimulus Organism Response Model is a framework that used to find out how the human process receives a stimulus factor.

Stimulus Factors of Order Online Food Delivery

For a service company, helpdesk or customer service is very important part of their company. Good customer support and services will help company to sustain and maintain the customer. Nowadays, customers are getting used to use application during the development of technology, internet, and application. It is very important for service company to also take part in developing a good helpdesk system. The good service will improve the service quality which are impacted to the loyalty of customers. This paper described the main problem faced by one of the private delivery services company located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The methodology used in this paper are data collection through study literature review and interview session to obtain requirements. This paper also discussed about designed and developed online helpdesk system to support customer service system related to the customer satisfaction, complaint, and solve problems by them self. As the result, the company save a lot of time in serving customer, save amount of money in eliminating telephone charges due to customer complaint and question, and self service for customer satisfaction.

Contemporary, Indonesia is looking for an innovative solution to securing diploma certificate and transcript from forgery. Several cases had been reported due to the usage of a fake transcript. One modus of using fake transcript is to enter a higher level of education and job promotion. The new technology found called Blockchain believes in solving the problem. Characteristics of Blockchain Technology such as secured, immutable, distributed, transparent seem to be matched with transcript document requirement. Therefore, the research tries to create a process model of the university teaching and learning process. Several studies have been done; however, no detailed process shown especially for teaching and learning activities. The research question is, how are teaching, and learning activities can be supported by Blockchain Technology? Qualitative method used in this research, focus group discussion with 9 reputable universities discussed the academic operation process and the result show that it is possible to adopt Blockchain Technology into the teaching and learning process to avoid forgery of university transcript documents.
