Multichannel R-matrix analysis of elastic and inelastic resonances in the Na-21+p compound system
C. Ruiz,Thomas Davinson,F. Sarazin,I. Roberts,A. Robinson,Philip Woods,L. Buchmann,Alan Shotter,P.L. Walden,N. M. Clarke,A. Chen,B. R. Fulton,D. Groombridge,J. Pearson,A.S. Murphy +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, a multichannel R -matrix formalism was used to obtain resonance energies, partial widths, and spin-parity values of these resonances.
Level structure of Mg21: Nuclear and astrophysical implications
A. St. J. Murphy,Marialuisa Aliotta,T. Davinson,C. Ruiz,P. J. Woods,John D'Auria,L. Buchmann,A. Chen,Alison Laird,F. Sarazin,P.L. Walden,B. R. Fulton,J. Pearson,B. A. Brown +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used elastic scattering of a radioactive {sup 20}Na beam incident upon protons in a polyethylene target to probe the level structure of {sup 21}Mg above the proton decay threshold.

Multichannel R-matrix analysis of elastic and inelastic resonances in the 20,21Na+p compound systems
C. Ruiz,C. Ruiz,Marialuisa Aliotta,R.E. Azuma,Richard N. Boyd,L. Buchmann,A. Chen,N. M. Clarke,John D'Auria,T. Davinson,B.R. Fulton,D. Groombridge,D. A. Hutcheon,Alison Laird,A.S. Murphy,J. Pearson,I. Roberts,A. Robinson,Fred Sarazin,A. C. Shotter,P.L. Walden,P. J. Woods +21 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a multichannel R-Matrix formalism was used to fit the excitation functions leading to the deduction of partial widths and spin-parity assignments.

TL;DR: Several resonances in 22 Mg have been observed with a radioactive beam of 21 Na impinging on a hydrogen target at ISAC, both elastic scattering as well as radiative capture have been investigated.

Fusion reaction studies with RIBs and possible experimental techniques
P. Figuera,A. Dipietro,F. Amorini,G. Cardella,J. Lu,A. Musumarra,M. Papa,Giuseppe Pappalardo,M. G. Pellegriti,F. Rizzo,Salvatore Tudisco,Thomas Davinson,H. Mahmud,Alexander Ostrowski,C. Ruiz,Alan Shotter,Carmen Angulo,Silvio Cherubini,Alain Ninane,Matko Milin,Neven Soić,Riccardo Raabe +21 more
TL;DR: In this paper, two experimental techniques are used to study fusion reactions, above and below the barrier, induced by weakly bound radioactive nuclei, using an array of monolithic silicon telescopes, with their very thin ΔE stage of about 1 μm, allow a good charge identification down to about 350 keV/nucleon.
