J. M. Saudubray,Guy Touati,Pascale Delonlay,Philippe Jouvet,C. Narcy,J. Laurent,Daniel Rabier,Pierre Kamoun,Dominique Jan,Yann Revillon +9 more

Liver transplantation in propionic acidaemia.
J. M. Saudubray,Guy Touati,Pascale Delonlay,Philippe Jouvet,J. S. Schlenzig,C. Narcy,J. Laurent,Daniel Rabier,Pierre Kamoun,Dominique Jan,Yann Revillon +10 more
TL;DR: It is considered that at the moment OLT should only be performed in severe forms of PA, mostly characterised by frequent and unexpected episodes of metabolic decompensation despite good dietary therapy, and a more generalised indication for OLT in PA will require more information about the long-term outcome of transplanted patients.
