TL;DR: Lithuanian Hemophilia Register (LHR) was constructed in 1994 under the supervision of Dr. R. Jurgutis in Klaipeda Seamen’s Hospital and aims were to gather data from lithuanian patients suffering from inherited bleeding disorders including hemophilia A (HA), hemophile B (HB), von Willebrand disease (VWD), rare coagulation factor deficiencies.
