Complete and incomplete fusion and emission of preequilibrium nucleons in the interaction of C 12 with Au 197 below 10 MeV/nucleon
P. Vergani,E. Gadioli,E. Vaciago,E. Fabrici,E. Gadioli Erba,M. Galmarini,G. Ciavola,C. Marchetta +7 more
TL;DR: The analysis of excitation functions for production of nineteen isotopes in the interaction of C with Au shows the presence of preequilibrium emissions at incident energies only slightly higher than the Coulomb barrier acting between $^{12}\mathrm{C}$ and $^{197}\ mathrm{Au}$.

Excitation functions for production of heavy residues in the interaction of12C with181Ta
TL;DR: In this paper, the excitation functions for production of 21 isotopes and isomers of Au, Pt, Ir, Os and Re in the interaction of 12C with181Ta from 54 to 98 MeV incident energy have been measured by the activation technique.

Angular distributions and forward recoil range distributions of residues created in the interaction of 12C and 16O ions with 103Rh

Di Filippo,A. Di Filippo,S. Vailati,S. Vailati,T.G. Stevens,Simon Henry Connell,J.P.F. Sellschop,Francois M. Nortier,G.F. Steyn,C. Marchetta +23 more
TL;DR: In this article, the angular distributions and the forward recoil range distributions of residues produced in the interaction of, respectively, 151, 228 and 402 MeV 12C ions with 103Rh were measured and a theory was successfully reproduced by a theory which assumes that the dominant mechanisms are complete and incomplete fusion of the projectile with the target and single nucleon transfers from the projectile to the target.

Preequilibrium processes in the fusion of C 12 with Rh 103 up to 20 MeV/nucleon
Claudio Birattari,Claudio Birattari,Mauro Bonardi,Mauro Bonardi,M. Cavinato,M. Cavinato,E. Fabrici,E. Fabrici,E. Gadioli,E. Gadioli,E. Gadioli Erba,E. Gadioli Erba,Flavia Groppi,Flavia Groppi,M. Bello,M. Bello,C. Bovati,C. Bovati,A. Di Filippo,A. Di Filippo,T.G. Stevens,Simon Henry Connell,J.P.F. Sellschop,S.J. Mills,Francois M. Nortier,G.F. Steyn,C. Marchetta +26 more
TL;DR: The excitation functions of several reactions occurring in the fusion of {sup 12}C with {sup 103}Rh at incident energies up to about 230 MeV can be satisfactorily reproduced by considering the preequilibrium emission of particles during the thermalization of the composite nucleus.

Comprehensive study of the reactions induced by 12C on 103Rh up to 33 MeV/nucleon
E. Gadioli,E. Gadioli,Claudio Birattari,Claudio Birattari,M. Cavinato,M. Cavinato,E. Fabrici,E. Fabrici,E. Gadioli Erba,E. Gadioli Erba,Valia Allori,Valia Allori,C. Bovati,C. Bovati,F. Cerutti,F. Cerutti,A. Di Filippo,A. Di Filippo,E. Galbiati,E. Galbiati,T.G. Stevens,Simon Henry Connell,J.P.F. Sellschop,S.J. Mills,Francois M. Nortier,G.F. Steyn,C. Marchetta +26 more
TL;DR: In this paper, three excitation functions for the production of radioactive residues in the interaction of 12C with 103Rh have been measured from the Coulomb barrier up to 400 MeV by means of activation technique.
