Optimization of epoxy nanocomposite on glass transition temperature characteristics utilizing experimental design method
H. L. Chang,C. M. Chen +1 more
- 01 Jun 2015
TL;DR: In this paper, an experimental study of the thermal performance characteristics of TMA glass transition temperature is developed, where three kinds of nanopowder, namely, alumina, silica and carbon black, are selected and mixed with reactive diluent to prepare a novel epoxy nanocomposite.

Study on significant factors of stable dynamic stiffness and advanced assembly for precision fastening system by Taguchi method
TL;DR: In this paper , experiments were carried out with a rotation dynamic percussion testing machine, and the Taguchi method was used to discuss the assembly of the precision fasten system with different parameters and conditions.
The effect of carrier locking position on the dynamic characteristics of gapless miniature linear guideway
C. M. Chen,H. L. Chang,C. Y. Chien,C. W. Tsui +3 more
- 01 Nov 2023
TL;DR: The friction force of the gapless miniature linear guideway is affected by the load position, load, and movement speed. The lowest frictional load position occurs at the central load position. Load is proportional to friction on the same load position and movement speed. Velocity has a positive correlation with friction in the longitudinal offset position.
Characterization of influence of high spindle speeds on self-lubricating bearing system
C. M. Chen,H. L. Chang,C. Y. Chien,W. H. Lin +3 more
- 01 Oct 2024
TL;DR: This study investigates the effects of high spindle speeds on a self-lubricating bearing system, revealing increased heat generation, temperature changes, and fatigue/scratch wear at 12,000 rpm, but also shows that self-lubricating systems can mitigate temperature rise and thermal deformation.
Study on the rate of change of thread angle and thread distance considering the interference factor under before and after the dynamic vibration of the fastening system
C. M. Chen,H. L. Chang,C. Y. Chien,C. W. Tsui +3 more
- 01 Nov 2023
TL;DR: The study investigates the rate of change of thread angle and thread distance considering the interference factor under before and after the dynamic vibration of the fastening system. The study aims to obtain more suitable anti-loosening characteristics using the Taguchi method and explore the interference factors on the loosening prevention characteristics of precision nuts.
