Studies on growth and characterization of a novel nonlinear optical and ferroelectric material – N,N-dimethylurea picrate single crystal
TL;DR: In this paper, a novel organic nonlinear optical (NLO) material viz. N,N-dimethylurea picrate (NNDMP) was grown by the slow evaporation technique using N-Ndimethyl formamide as a solvent and the XRD study reveals that the grown crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system and the corresponding lattice parameters were determined.
