TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the public opinion of industrial CCS through an informed opinion survey in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, and found that respondents were neutral to slightly positive about the implementation of industrial CO2 emissions in their country.

Decarbonising steel production using CO2 Capture and Storage (CCS): Results of focus group discussions in a Welsh steel-making community
TL;DR: In this paper, public perceptions of applying carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) technology at the Port Talbot steelworks in South Wales were explored by means of two focus groups, with participants concerned about the impact of implementing CCS on the competitiveness of the plant and, as a consequence, the possibility of closure.
