A C/ka dual frequency dual Layer circularly polarized reflectarray antenna with microstrip ring elements
TL;DR: In this article, a 0.5-m right-hand circularly polarized planar reflectarray antenna is designed using microstrip ring elements of variable rotations to achieve a cophasal beam at broadside.

A high efficiency offset-fed X/ka-dual-band reflectarray using thin membranes
TL;DR: In this article, a dual-band reflectarray antenna for future space inflatable structures with thin membranes is presented, where foam layers are inserted below the X and Ka band membranes, allowing broadband CP performance at both bands.

Ka-band reflectarray using ring elements
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple ring structure to realize a Ka-band circularly polarised microstrip reflectarray is presented, with rotation techniques employed to focus the reflected wave at a focal point.

Cassegrain Offset Subreflector-Fed X/Ka Dual-Band Reflectarray With Thin Membranes
C. Han,John Huang,Kai Chang +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a 0.75m Cassegrain offset subreflector-fed X/Ka dual-band reflectarray antenna is presented, where the phase corrections in the reflectarray required to form a planar phase front are realized by rotating microstrip ring elements.

- 09 Jul 2006
TL;DR: An X/Ka dual-band microstrip reflectarray with circular polarization (CP) has been constructed using thin membranes and Cassegrain offset-fed configuration as mentioned in this paper, which achieved a measured -3 dB-gain bandwidth of 700 MHz at X-band and 1.5 GHz at Ka-band, as well as a CP bandwidth of more than 700 MHz and more than 2 GHz at K-band.
