TL;DR: If telehealth is to be implemented, studies indicate that the lack of acceptance of this new way of working may be a key barrier, however, recommendations have not moved beyond barrier identification to recognizing solutions that might be implemented by front-line staff.

Social media and information overload : survey results
TL;DR: A UK-based online questionnaire investigating aspects of usage of user-generated media (UGM), such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, attracted 587 participants, and generally speaking, participants express satisfaction with the media, though a significant minority express a range of concerns including information overload and privacy.
