Effect of intranasal administration of Semliki Forest virus recombinant particles expressing interferon-β on the progression of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
TL;DR: The timing and frequency of IN administration of rSFV10-E-IFN-β particles are critical to disease outcome, with treatment prior to the effector stage being most effective.

TL;DR: A Semliki Forest virus (SFV) recombinant particle vaccine vector was constructed expressing the viral E1 and E2 envelope proteins of the RA27/3 vaccine strain of rubella virus which induced high titres of antibody after intramuscular administration to Balb/C mice, both following initial vaccination and 4 weeks later.

Studies on cultured skin fibroblasts from calves with GM1 gangliosidosis.
TL;DR: It is concluded that the enzymatic defect in bovine GM1 gangliosidosis may not be exactly comparable to those described in any of the human variants of the disease.

Ageing changes in the bovine kidney.
TL;DR: A study of macroscopically normal bovine kidneys from three age groups, with no abnormalities on urine analysis, was carried out, and no evidence of diffuse proliferative glomerulonephritis was found in the material examined.
