Focused Clinical Review: Periprocedural Management of Antiplatelet Therapy in Patients with Coronary Stents
TL;DR: The evidence for stent thrombosis and the peri-operative management of patients with coronary stent implantation is reviewed and an algorithm for patient management based on multidisciplinary assessment of bleeding risk, perioperative cardiac event and stents risk is provided.

Percutaneous management of aortic stenosis in high-risk patients.
TL;DR: Where PAVR lies in the treatment algorithm for aortic stenosis will be determined by randomised controlled trials, but for now it offers a genuine treatment alternative for high‐risk patients.
Fistula From Aneurysmal Saphenous Vein Graft to Right Atrium Treated with Covered Stents
TL;DR: This work describes the attempt to close a fistula which entered the right atrium by deploying covered stents within the graft.

Deciphering dual antiplatelet therapy in the era of drug-eluting coronary stents.
TL;DR: The current data on coronary stents, in-stent restenosis and stent thrombosis and role of antiplatelet medication post percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is reviewed to provide a concise and clear algorithm for managing perioperativeAntiplatelet therapy in patients having undergone recent PCI.

Anterior ECG changes following iatrogenic dissection of the right coronary artery into the aortic root: exclusion of left coronary obstruction with transoesophageal echocardiography.
TL;DR: A case involving the right coronary artery (RCA) which was treated with prompt deployment of stents demonstrated that the aortic root dissection had been contained and that the LCA was not compromised.
