TL;DR: In this paper, the first phase of a study of wake steering at a commercial wind farm, two turbines implement a schedule of offsets to affect wakes in order to yield an increase in total energy production.
Evaluation of Designs and Estimation Methods Under Response-Dependent Two-Phase Sampling for Genetic Association Studies
TL;DR: The results show that extreme sampling is the most efficient design for common variant analysis, and that selecting a small sample from the middle stratum improves accuracy and precision in low-frequency and rare variant analyses.
