TL;DR: In this paper , the white collar photoreceptor (Fwc1 and Fwc2 ) with conserved PAS domain was identified in Flammulina filiformis and the results of the overall light treatment showed that the transcription levels of FfWc1 reached the peak under the blue light with 3 μmol·m −2 ·s −1 intensity, and increased by 3.3-fold and 10.1-fold, respectively, at 3 h after the blue-light irradiation.
