TL;DR: Novel tetraphenylethene-encapsulated liposomes (TPE-LPs) constructed by loading TPE-trimethincyanine into liposome for the first time were applied to tumor bioimaging in vivo, and the probes demonstrated excellent signal-to-background ratios, as well as low cytotoxicity and excellent biocompatibility.

TL;DR: In this paper, a GSH (glutathione) response based diagnosis and treatment integrated organic molecular probe and a production method thereof is presented, where disulfide bonds in the probe can be cut off through oxidation reduction of the GSH, active drugs are released, and the purpose of monitoring transferring and releasing of the drugs is achieved.

TL;DR: Investigating the influence of different sampling schemes on the quantification of binding potential with theoretically simulated and experimentally measured data suggests that a suitable sampling scheme can help compartmental modeling of dynamic fluorescence imaging provide more accurate results and simpler operations.
