Activatable Near-Infrared Fluorescent Probe for Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV and Its Bioimaging Applications in Living Cells and Animals.
Liu Tao,Jing Ning,Bo Wang,Bin Dong,Song Li,Xiangge Tian,Zhenlong Yu,Yulin Peng,Chao Wang,Xinyu Zhao,Xiaokui Huo,Cheng-Peng Sun,Jingnan Cui,Lei Feng,Lei Feng,Xiaochi Ma +15 more
TL;DR: GP-DM, an enzyme-activatable near-infrared fluorescent probe, was synthesized and characterized for determining the activity of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV), which is associated with various pathological processes, especially in diabetes and malignant tumors and regulating the biological activity of DPP IV may be a useful approach for cancer therapy.

A highly sensitive and selective two-photon fluorescent probe for real-time sensing of cytochrome P450 1A1 in living systems
Jing Ning,Zhenhao Tian,Bo Wang,Guang-Bo Ge,Yue An,Jie Hou,Chao Wang,Xinyu Zhao,Yannan Li,Xiangge Tian,Zhenlong Yu,Xiaokui Huo,Cheng-Peng Sun,Lei Feng,Lei Feng,Lei Feng,Jingnan Cui,Xiaochi Ma +17 more
TL;DR: The findings suggest that this probe is capable of accurately sensing CYP1A1 activity in complex biological systems, which will facilitate further investigations of CYP 1A1-associated physiological and pathological processes.
A practical graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) based fluorescence sensor for the competitive detection of trithiocyanuric acid and mercury ions
Meng Li,Meng Li,Bo Wang,Bo Wang,Xufei An,Xufei An,Zhiyong Li,Zhiyong Li,Hongtao Zhu,Hongtao Zhu,Boyang Mao,David G. Calatayud,Tony D. James +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a fluorescent sensor for the detection of trithiocyanuric acid (TCA) and Hg2+ was developed based on competitive interactions: non-covalent stacking between g-C3N4 and TCA vs coordinative interaction between TCA and hg2+. Electrostatic simulations were used to evaluate the interactions and help describe the detection mechanism.

Unusual ent-atisane type diterpenoids with 2-oxopropyl skeleton from the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata and their antiviral activity against human rhinovirus 3 and enterovirus 71
Bo Wang,Yunlong Wei,Xinyu Zhao,Xiangge Tian,Jing Ning,Bao-Jing Zhang,Sa Deng,Dawei Li,Xiaochi Ma,Chao Wang +9 more
TL;DR: Two novel ent-atisane type diterpenoids possessing the extra unusal 2-oxopropyl moiety (1 and 2) and four known analogues have been isolated from the roots of Euphorbia ebracteolata.

Potent Inhibition of Human Cytochrome P450 3A4 by Biflavone Components from Ginkgo Biloba and Selaginella Tamariscina
Bo Wang,Chao Shi,Lei Feng,Wei Pan,Xiangge Tian,Cheng-Peng Sun,Chao Wang,Jing Ning,Xia Lv,Yan Wang,Qian-Hui Yuan,Rui-Xuan Guan,Hou-Li Zhang,Xiaochi Ma,Tongling Ma +14 more
TL;DR: The results suggest the potential pharmacokinetic interactions between the identified biflavones and clinical drugs undergoing CYP3A4-mediated biotransformation and the obtained information is important for guiding the rational use of herbal medicine in combination with synthetic pharmaceuticals.
