TL;DR: Evidence is provided that NK cells from patients with mutations in RAG and NHEJ have an immature phenotype, with significant expansion of CD56bright CD16−/int CD57− cells, yet increased degranulation and high perforin content.

Sonali Narain,Dimitre G. Stefanov,Alice S. Chau,Andrew G. Weber,Galina Marder,Blanka Kaplan,Prashant Malhotra,Ona Bloom,Audrey Liu,Martin Lesser,Negin Hajizadeh +10 more
TL;DR: Corticosteroid and tocilizumab used in combination, or corticosteroids alone, was associated with reduced hospital mortality for patients with COVID-19 cytokine storm and improved hospital survival compared to standard of care.

TL;DR: This research presents a novel probabilistic procedure called “spot-spot analysis” that allows for real-time analysis of the response of the immune system to foreign substance abuse.
