TL;DR: The use of busulfan in moderate dosages as a myeloablative agent, coupled with cyclophosphamide, may offer an improved alternative to the use of lethal total body irradiation as a preparative regimen for complete correction of Wiskott- Aldrich syndrome by marrow transplantation.
