Improved convergence of chiral effective field theory for 1 S 0 of NN scattering
TL;DR: In this paper, an effective field theory with the spin-0, isospin-1 dibaryon is developed to account for this fine tuning and is demonstrated up to $O(Q}^{1})$, where the leading irreducible two-pion exchange arises.

Perturbative $NN$ scattering in chiral effective field theory
Shaowei Wu,Bingwei Long +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, perturbation theory with the delta-less chiral forces produces good agreement with the empirical phase shifts up to $k_\text{c.m. \simeq 300$ MeV.

Two-nucleon S 1 0 amplitude zero in chiral effective field theory
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a new method for nuclear energy research based on the concept of nuclear nuclear physics and applied it to the European Union Research and Innovation program Horizon (ERINV).
Power counting in peripheral partial waves: The singlet channels
M. Pavon Valderrama,M. Sánchez Sánchez,C. Yang,Bingwei Long,Juan Manuel Carbonell,U. van Kolck +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the power counting of the peripheral singlet partial wave in nucleon-nucleon scattering was analyzed and it was shown that the one-pion exchange potential in these channels is demoted from leading to sub-leading order by a given power of the expansion parameter that grows with the orbital angular momentum.

Baryon-Number Violation by Two Units and the Deuteron Lifetime.
F. Oosterhof,Bingwei Long,J. de Vries,J. de Vries,Robertus Timmermans,U. van Kolck,U. van Kolck +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the lifetime of the deuteron with dimension-nine quark operators that violate baryon number by two units was calculated and an effective field theory for |ΔB|=2 interactions that give rise to neutron-antineutron (n-n[over ¯]) oscillations and dinucleon decay within a consistent power counting was constructed.
