Visible light induced photocatalytic removal of Cr(VI) over TiO2-based nanosheets loaded with surface-enriched CoOx nanoparticles and its synergism with phenol oxidation
TL;DR: In this paper, a facile one-pot hydrothermal method was used to synthesize visible-light-driven (VLD) CoOx loaded TiO2-based nanosheets (Co-TNSs) with surface-enrich CoOx nanoparticles.

Facile one-pot fabrication and high photocatalytic performance of vanadium doped TiO 2 -based nanosheets for visible-light-driven degradation of RhB or Cr(VI)
Dingze Lu,Bin Zhao,Pengfei Fang,Shengbin Zhai,Delong Li,Zhiqiang Chen,Wenhui Wu,Wuqiong Chai,Yichu Wu,Ning Qi +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, vanadium doped TiO2-based nanosheets (V-TNSs) with different V/Ti ratios were prepared by a facile one-pot hydrothermal method using vanadium nitrate and P25 as the vanadium precursor and titanium precursor, respectively.

Order–disorder transition in clathrate Ba6Ge25 studied by positron annihilation
TL;DR: In this paper, the structural model of Ba cages was confirmed by positron annihilation and X-ray diffraction measurements, indicating that the movement of Ba atoms in the cage has influence on the thermal, electric as well as magnetic properties of Ba 6 Ge 25.

Role of vacancy defects on the lattice thermal conductivity in In2O3 thermoelectric nanocrystals: a positron annihilation study
TL;DR: In this article, high purity nanopowders were subjected to different thermal treatments to investigate the role of defects on the lattice thermal conductivity and showed strong evidence that vacancy defects play an important role on the suppression of nanostructured thermoelectric materials.
