New minimally invasive option for the treatment of gluteal muscle contracture.
TL;DR: Most patients were fully active within 12 weeks, with the assistance of an early postoperative rehabilitation program, and the most significant complication was a postoperative periarticular hematoma, which occurred in 3 patients within 10 days postoperatively and required surgical ligation of the bleeding vessel.
Eupatilin attenuates the senescence of nucleus pulposus cells and mitigates intervertebral disc degeneration via inhibition of the MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway
Huanming Yang,Xiao Yang,Kewei Rong,Jiarong Liang,Zheng-Yu Wang,Jie‐Zu Zhao,Pu Zhang,Yijie Li,Lihuan Wang,Hui Ma,Bin Ye +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the role of eupatilin in tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced activation of inflammatory signaling pathways and NP cell senescence, in the anabolism and catabolism of NP cell extracellular matrix (ECM) and in the effect of the puncture-induced model of caudal IDD in the rat.
Scutellarin ameliorates osteoarthritis by protecting chondrocytes and subchondral bone microstructure by inactivating NF-κB/MAPK signal transduction.

Effect of Aerobic Treadmill Exercise Regulating Glucose Transporter 9 on Renal Function in Hyperuricemia Rats
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors explored the possible mechanism of aerobic treadmill exercise in improving renal function in hyperuricemia (HUA) rats, and found that running on a treadmill can significantly improve renal function.
Absence of NF-κB subunit p50 ameliorates cold immobilization stress-induced gastric ulcers
TL;DR: A critical role is indicated for the p50 in the gastric mucosal inflammatory response to cold restraint stress in an experimental model of cold immobilization stress-induced gastric ulcers.
