Risk of bone fractures associated with glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists' treatment: a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.
Bin Su,Hui Sheng,Manna Zhang,Le Bu,Peng Yang,Liang Li,Fei Li,Chunjun Sheng,Yuqi Han,Shen Qu,Jiying Wang +10 more
TL;DR: A meta-analysis of published or unpublished RCTs comparing the effects of liraglutide or exenatide with comparators demonstrated a divergent risk of bone fractures associated with different GLP-1 RA treatments.

Differential pattern for regulating insulin secretion, insulin resistance, and lipid metabolism by osteocalcin in male and female T2DM patients.
Xue-Fei Rui,Bei Xu,Junlei Su,Chunping Pan,Chenyu Zhan,Bin Su,Hong Li,Jiying Wang,Hui Sheng,Shen Qu +9 more
TL;DR: Osteocalcin might improve glucose metabolism through enhancing insulin secretion in males, and through increasing insulin secretion and improving insulin resistance in females with T2DM.
Eliminating Radiation Resistance of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer by Dihydroartemisinin Through Abrogating Immunity Escaping and Promoting Radiation Sensitivity by Inhibiting PD-L1 Expression.
Hai Zhang,Fei Zhou,Yingying Wang,Huikang Xie,Shilan Luo,Lu Meng,Bin Su,Ying Ye,Kailiang Wu,Yaping Xu,Xiaomei Gong +10 more
TL;DR: DHA could eliminate the radiation resistance and synergistically enhance the antitumor effect of radiotherapy in the NSCLC cells lines and xenograft model and mechanistically DHA could inhibit the PD-L1 expression to avoid immune escaping by inhibiting TGF-β, PI3K/Akt, and STAT3 signaling pathways.

Total osteocalcin in serum predicts testosterone level in male type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Ran Cui,Bin Su,Chunjun Sheng,Xiaoyun Cheng,Peng Yang,Le Bu,Hong Li,Jiying Wang,Hui Sheng,Shen Qu +9 more
TL;DR: In male patients with T2DM, total OC was positively correlated with testosterone, so total OC might predict the testosterone level in the serum, according to simple Pearson correlation.

Obesity-associated up-regulation of lipocalin 2 protects gastric mucosa cells from apoptotic cell death by reducing endoplasmic reticulum stress
Xin Wen,Bin Su,Mingming Gao,Jiaqi Chen,Jiaqi Chen,Donglei Zhou,Hui You,Nannan Li,Shuaikang Chang,Xiaoyun Cheng,Chunhua Qian,Jingyang Gao,Peng Yang,Shen Qu,Le Bu +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors explored the role of lipocalin 2 (LCN2) against endoplasmic reticulum stress and cell apoptosis in gastric mucosa in patients and mice with obesity.
