Qingming Guo,Peng Zhao,Zhen Zhang,Jinyu Zhang,Zheng Zhang,Yanan Hua,Bin Han,Ning Li,Xiaowen Zhao,Lin Hou +9 more
TL;DR: It is found that the immune checkpoint T-cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain 3 (TIM-3) were up-regulated significantly on γδ T cells during their ex vivo expansion and this up-regulation contributed to the dysfunction of γ Δ T cells.

Gemcitabine treatment enhanced the anti-tumor effect of cytokine induced killer cells by depletion of CD4+CD25bri regulatory T cells
Peng Zhao,Danni Zhu,Zhen Zhang,Bin Han,Daiqing Gao,Xiaofang Wei,Xihe Xie,Changyou Li,Weihong Sun,Qingqing Wang,Qingming Guo +10 more
TL;DR: In vivo experiment showed that low dose of gemcitabine treated CIK cells significantly suppressed tumor growth and prolonged their lifespan in tumor-bearing nude mice, with the proportion of CD4+CD25bri regulatory T cells reduced.
