The invention provides a carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, and the carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer is based on biochar and amino acids. Organic materials are uniformly mixed, and inoculated into a microbial fermentation liquid having the functions of promoting growth and antagonizing pathogenic bacteria. The organic materials comprise 20-30% by mass of the biochar, 30-40% by mass of amino acid powder and 40-50% by mass of pig manure rice straw compost, and the quantity of a functional microorganism is 0.5-80 million/g. The carbon-based bio-organic fertilizer prepared by the method can inhibit the amount of soil-borne pathogens in soil, reduces the incidence of the soil-borne diseases in crops, increases the content of effective nutrients in the soil,promotes crop growth, and increases yield.

The production cost can be saved, water sources are saved, operation is easy and convenient, andthe culture medium is simple and easy to learn.

The oxygen-deficient environment includes that inert gases such as high-purity nitrogen or argon are led into a pyrolyzing furnace, so that the whole pyrolyzing process keeps the oxygen-deficient environment. The cultivation substrate contains various beneficial microorganisms, the disease resistance and the stress resistance of vegetables can be enhanced, so that application of pesticides can be reduced, and the vegetables reach pollution-free level.

The use of the cucumber seedling substrate can effectively promote the growth of cucumber root systems, meanwhile is beneficial to reducing occurrence of soil-borne diseases, reduces the use of chemical agents, and facilitates the production of green vegetables.
