TL;DR: Adjuvant monoclonal antibody therapy with rituximab shows promise for improved outcomes and reduced toxic effects in the future.

Coding potential and regulatory signals of the polyoma virus genome.
TL;DR: The polyoma virus genome is compared with those of related tumour viruses, simian virus 40 and BK virus in terms of its coding potential and sites of possible functional significance or structural interest.

Adaptive response to alkylating agents involves alteration in situ of O6-methylguanine residues in DNA.
TL;DR: It is reported that O6-MeG disappears from alkylated DNA after incubation with a crude enzyme fraction from adapted cells, although no concomitant release of the methyl group or theAlkylated base or nucleotide occurs, due to a previously unrecognised DNA repair mechanism involving enzyme-catalysed structural alteration of the alkylations.

Polyoma DNA: a physical map.
TL;DR: Analysis by electron microscopy of replicating DNA molecules cut with the Hin(III) enzyme has indicated that the origin of DNA replication is located at 71 +/- 3 map units from the EcoR(I) cleavage site, probably in Hpa(II)-5.

Protein kinase activity associated with polyoma virus middle T antigen in vitro.
TL;DR: The results show that Py middle T or a protein which specifically binds to it has protein kinase activity in vitro, raising the possibility that protein kinases play an essential role in Py-induced transformation.
