Oscillatory Magneto-Absorption in Semiconductors
TL;DR: In this paper, a plot of the photon energies of the transmission minima as a function of magnetic field to zero field was used to determine the energy gap in infrared magneto-absorption in germanium, indium arsenide and indium antimonide.

Cyclotron Resonance in Indium Antimonide at High Magnetic Fields
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of dc magnetic field on room temperature pulsed magnetic field infrared cyclotron resonance data were analyzed using the k\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}p perturbation technique.

Warping- and inversion-asymmetry-induced cyclotron-harmonic transitions in InSb
TL;DR: In this article, the cyclotron resonance transition in InSb was obtained to second-order Hamiltonians for the coupled conduction band and the split-off valence band, where the interactions with higher bands were treated as secondorder perturbations and terms proportional to three new parameters which arise from the spin-orbit splitting of these higher bands.
