Irregularity-Aware Graph Fourier Transforms
TL;DR: In this article, a novel generalization of the graph Fourier transform (GFT) is presented, based on separately considering the definitions of signal energy and signal variation, leading to several possible orthonormal GFTs.
TILES-2018, a longitudinal physiologic and behavioral data set of hospital workers
Karel Mundnich,Brandon M. Booth,Michelle L'Hommedieu,Tiantian Feng,Benjamin Girault,Justin L'Hommedieu,Mackenzie Wildman,Sophia Skaaden,Amrutha Nadarajan,Jennifer L. Villatte,Tiago H. Falk,Kristina Lerman,Emilio Ferrara,Shrikanth S. Narayanan,Shrikanth S. Narayanan +14 more
TL;DR: A novel longitudinal multimodal corpus of physiological and behavioral data collected from direct clinical providers in a hospital workplace to understand individual-specific constructs such as job performance, interpersonal interaction, and well-being of hospital workers over time in their natural day-to-day job settings is presented.
Region Adaptive Graph Fourier Transform for 3D Point Clouds
Eduardo Pavez,Benjamin Girault,Antonio Ortega,Philip A. Chou +3 more
- 04 Mar 2020
TL;DR: The Q-normalized graph Laplacian is introduced, and the RA-GFT achieves better complexity-performance trade-offs than previous approaches, and outperforms the Region Adaptive Haar Transform by up to 2.5 dB, with a small complexity overhead.
Grasp: A matlab toolbox for graph signal processing
Benjamin Girault,Shrikanth S. Narayanan,Antonio Ortega,Paulo Gonçalves,Eric Fleury +4 more
- 05 Mar 2017
TL;DR: The GraSP toolbox aims at processing and visualizing graphs and graphs signal with ease, and this demo shows those capabilities using several examples from the literature and from the own experiments.
Towards a definition of local stationarity for graph signals
Benjamin Girault,Shrikanth S. Narayanan,Antonio Ortega +2 more
- 05 Mar 2017
TL;DR: This paper presents a metric to assess local stationarity using projections on localized atoms on the graph and takes advantage of the knowledge of the spectrum of the atoms to give a new power spectrum estimator.
