The Poly(ADP-ribose) Polymerase PARP-1 Is Required for Oxidative Stress-induced TRPM2 Activation in Lymphocytes
TL;DR: The results suggest that during conditions of oxidative stress in lymphocytes, TRPM2 acts as a downstream effector of the PARP/poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase pathway through PARP-dependent formation of ADP- ribose.

TL;DR: In this paper, an anti-CD3xPSMA TCE was developed for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) using genetically engineered transgenic rats (UniRat and OmniFlic) together with an NGS-based antibody discovery pipeline.

TL;DR: The DNA damage sensor PARP-1 helps determine whether a DNA lesion results in faithful or mutagenic repair, and is responsible for maintaining genomic integrity during affinity maturation.
Pre-clinical development of TNB-383B, a fully human T-cell engaging bispecific antibody targeting BCMA for the treatment of multiple myeloma.

TL;DR: T-cell redirecting therapies such as CAR-T cells and T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies (T-BsAb) targeting B Cell Maturation Antigen (BCMA) have been highly efficacious against oncological indications.

TL;DR: It is concluded that TNB‐383B triggers primary PC lysis and CTL degranulation in a dose‐dependent fashion ex vivo with no T cell expansion and mild increase of CRS‐associated cytokines.
