Phospholyl catalysts for olefin polymerization
Eric Johannes Maria De Boer,Gilmore Ian James,Frans M Korndorffer,Andrew D. Horton,Arjan van der Linden,Bruce W. Royan,Bart Johan Ruisch,Lodi Schoon,Shaw Robert William +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, 17 different phospholyl ligands were incorporated in a total of 22 zirconium complexes, (Phos) 2 ZrCl 2,(Phos)(C 5 H 5 )ZrCl2, investigated in propylene polymerization catalysis using methylaluminoxane as cocatalyst.

Effects of procatalyst composition on the stereospecificity of a Ziegler-Natta catalyst system†
TL;DR: In this paper, it was found that the fraction of atactic polymer formed increased with decreasing ester content in the catalyst, while the stereoregularity of the isotactic polymer fraction increased.

- 28 May 1997
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors provided a catalyst composition for hydrogenation of polymers containing unsaturation which comprises at least: (a) a titanium compound of the formula ##STR1## (I) wherein substituents R 1 and R 2 may be the same or different and each may be selected from halogen, phenyl which optionally may bear one or more the same, or different substitusents, lower alkyl, alkoxy, phenoxy, benzyl, and a bulky substituent, such as tri (loweralkyl)silyl,

Solid alpha-olefin polymerization catalyst components
Chadwick John Clement,Bart Johan Ruisch +1 more
- 15 May 1990
TL;DR: In this article, a process for preparing a solid catalyst component which comprises halogenating a magnesium compound in the formula MgRR¹ is described, in which R and R are the same or different alkoxy or phenoxy groups and n is a number of from 0 to 2 with a halide of tetravalent titanium in the presence of dialkylester of a dihydric aromatic carboxylic acid and an inert hydrocarbon diluent by reacting at a temperature of from 120 to 136 °C.

Catalyst system for alpha-olefin oligomerization
Henderikus Hyacinthus Deuling,Andrew D. Horton,Bart Johan Ruisch,Von Hebel Klaas L +3 more
- 07 Apr 1999
TL;DR: A bridged bis-amido Group 4 metal compound with high catalytic activity in the oligomerization of α-olefins was disclosed in this article, with a high selectivity towards α-oligomers.
