Sexual satisfaction in survivors of bone marrow transplantation.
TL;DR: Of 157 (80%) adult survivors of bone marrow transplantation, 126 responded to a mailed survey 6-149 months after transplant concerning their ability to attain sexual satisfaction, sexual satisfaction correlated with serum levels of estrogen in women and serum testosterone in men.

TL;DR: Dysregulation in diurnal cortisol rhythm in caregivers was significantly associated with increased caregiver schedule burden and lower patient and caregiver QOL and targeted interventions developed for HNC caregivers may help to prevent negative health outcomes associated with dysregulated cortisol.
