TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-excitation ultrasonic elliptical vibration-cutting device was proposed for highintegrity processing of a crisp and hard difficult-to-process material, which can remarkably reduce tool abrasion, restrains processing flutter, reduces concave pits and micro cracks of the processing surface, and reduces workpiece surface roughness.
