Influence of Ag Nanoparticles with Different Sizes and Concentrations Embedded in a TiO 2 Compact Layer on the Conversion Efficiency of Perovskite Solar Cells.
Shuhan Li,Xiangyu Zhu,Bao Wang,Yu Qiao,Wenhui Liu,Hao Yang,Nan Liu,Mengwei Chen,Haifei Lu,Yingping Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Compared with hole-conductor-free perovskite solar cells that use carbon as counter electrodes, without Ag nanoparticles incorporated in the compact film, the enhanced efficiency of cells developed in this study can be mainly ascribed to the accelerated charge transfer, decreased charge recombination, and enhanced light absorption of the perovSKite material in the visible region.
Enhancing the Photovoltaic Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells Using Plasmonic Au@Pt@Au Core-Shell Nanoparticles.
Bao Wang,Xiangyu Zhu,Shuhan Li,Mengwei Chen,Nan Liu,Hao Yang,Meiqing Ran,Haifei Lu,Yingping Yang +8 more
TL;DR: Au@Pt@Au core-shell nanoparticles, synthesized through chemical reduction, are utilized to improve the photoelectric performance of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) in which carbon films are used as the counter electrode, and the hole-transporting layer is not used and demonstrate outstanding optical and electrical properties.

Improved photovoltaic properties of nominal composition CH3NH3Pb099Zn001I3 carbon-based perovskite solar cells
TL;DR: The obtained PSCs with 1 mol% Zn doping dramatically facilitate the formation of dense, high surface coverage perovskite films with large grain size and superior crystallinity, and the power conversion efficiency is up to 15.37%, which is a 14.8% increase, compared to the pristine P SCs.

Yingping Yang,Xiangyu Zhu,Bao Wang,Mengwei Chen +3 more
- 25 Jan 2019
TL;DR: In this paper, a zinc-lead composite photosensitive layer perovskite solar cell and a preparation method thereof are discussed, wherein the structure of the photosensitive material adopted by the perovsite solar cells is MAPbxZn1-XI3, where x = 0. 950-0.999.
Ag@SiO₂ Core-shell Nanoparticles Embedded in a TiO₂ Mesoporous Layer Substantially Improve the Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells.
TL;DR: In this paper, a modified Stober method was used to synthesize Ag@SiO₂ nanoparticles for the preparation of the mesoporous layer of carbon counter electrode-based perovskite solar cells.
