Dosimetric Benefits and Practical Pitfalls of Daily Online Adaptive MRI-Guided Stereotactic Radiation Therapy for Pancreatic Cancer
Nancy El-Bared,Lorraine Portelance,B. Spieler,Deukwoo Kwon,Kyle R. Padgett,Karen Brown,Eric A. Mellon +6 more
TL;DR: MRI-g OART improves target coverage and OAR sparing for pancreas SBRT, partially results from mitigation of interfraction variability in stomach volume.

The Impact of Pelvic Nodal Radiotherapy on Hematologic Toxicity: A Systematic Review with Focus on Leukopenia, Lymphopenia and Future Perspectives in Prostate Cancer Treatment
TL;DR: In this article, the authors performed a systematic review of the available evidence on PNRT and leukopenia and suggested that BM should be regarded as an organ-at-risk for patients undergoing pNRT.

Repeatability of CBCT radiomic features and their correlation with CT radiomic features for prostate cancer
Rodrigo Delgadillo,B. Spieler,John C. Ford,Deukwoo Kwon,Fei Yang,Matthew T. Studenski,Kyle R. Padgett,Matthew C. Abramowitz,Alan Dal Pra,Radka Stoyanova,Alan Pollack,Nesrin Dogan +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the quality of CBCT-based radiomic features and their relationship with reconstruction methods applied to the CBCT projections and the preprocessing methods used in feature extraction were investigated.

Advantages of Radiation Therapy Simulation with 0.35 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging for Stereotactic Ablation of Spinal Metastases.
TL;DR: The hybrid 0.35T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and radiotherapy (RT) system functions in part as a simulation platform for treatment planning and it is found that the images generated are particularly helpful for planning of stereotactic radiotherapy for spinal metastases.

MRI-guided stereotactic ablative radiation therapy of spinal bone metastases: a preliminary experience
Ricardo Llorente,B. Spieler,James Victoria,Cristiane Takita,Raphael Yechieli,John C. Ford,Karen Brown,Michael A. Samuels,Eric A. Mellon +8 more
TL;DR: MRI-RT SABR of spinal metastases is feasible with Co-60 MRI-RT, and dose delivery is improved by newer linear accelerator (linac) MRI- RT.
