Circulating endothelial markers and ischemic status in peripheral occlusive arterial disease.
TL;DR: In 34 patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease, circulating levels of endothelial cell markers were compared with the ischemic status and plasma levels of thrombomodulin and von Willebrand factor were closely related to both transcutaneous oxygen pressure and the graded clinical stages of disease.

TL;DR: It is found diffusion-weighted MRI is superior to dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI, where the latter is a standard and most-commonly used MRI modality, in assessing immunotherapy, while no significant difference was observed in the control cohort where only standard chemotherapy was provided.

TL;DR: The "Are mammograms still right for me?" guide as discussed by the authors is a patient guide to facilitate discussions about surveillance mammography in older breast cancer survivors, which estimates future ipsilateral and contralateral breast (in-breast) cancer risks, general health, and potential benefits/harms of mammography, with prompts for discussion.
