Thin films of SiO2 and hydroxyapatite on titanium deposited by spray pyrolysis
TL;DR: Wet spray pyrolysis of fine, well-dispersed a SiO2 sol was used for the deposition of thin films of silicon dioxide and it was observed that the film thickness increased, the roughness of the film decreased, and the morphology of the deposit changed considerably.
