A CdS-Pr6O11 thin film transistor
P. K. Deka,B. Baishya +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a CdS-Pr6O11 thin film transistor fabricated by a multiple pump-down fabrication procedure is reported. The transistor characteristics are presented. Various transistor parameters are obtained from the characteristics.

CdS and CdSe thin-film transistors employing ‘mixed oxide’ as the gate insulator
P. Singh,B. Baishya +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the behavior of CdS and CdSe thin-film transistors using "mixed oxide" as the gate insulator is reported, and DC characteristics of the devices are presented, and the device parameters are calculated from the I-V characteristics.

‘Mixed semiconductor’ thin film transistors
P. Singh,B. Baishya +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a mixed semiconductor obtained by mixing CdS and CdSe in the ratio of 1 : 1 by weight, was used to fabricate three varieties of thin film transistors (TFTs).

Some studies on mixed semiconductor thin film transistors
P. Singh,B. Baishya +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the behavior of staggered electrode thin film transistors (TFTs), fabricated by vacuum evaporation of aluminium, mixed semiconductor and some rare earth oxides, was reported.
