Efficacy and safety of FOLFIRI/aflibercept (FA) in an elderly population with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) after failure of an oxaliplatin-based regimen
N. Martínez-Lago,Soledad Cameselle Garcia,B. Alonso de Castro,M. I. Gómez-Randulfe Rodríguez,M. Carmona Campos,Paula González Villarroel,Mercedes Salgado Fernández,Juan de la Cámara Gómez,C. Romero Reinoso,A. Cousillas Castiñeiras,J.C. Méndez Méndez,Y. Vidal Insua,Ana Fernández-Montes +12 more
TL;DR: FA combination is effective in patients ≥70 years and the occurrence of prior hypertension is predictive of efficacy, close monitoring of toxicity and initial dose adjustment is recommended.
56P Differential response to DNA damaging agents of patients carrying the germline BRCA1 c.211 A>G pathogenic variant
M. I. Gómez-Randulfe Rodríguez,R. Lesta Mellid,I. Parajó Vázquez,S. Silva Diaz,B. Alonso de Castro,Maria Quindós +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a single-centre retrospective analysis of ovarian cancer patients with BRCA1 c.211 A>G mutations was performed, and the results showed that those patients had worse outcomes when treated with DNA damaging agents, with a significantly lower objective response rate (ORR) to first line platinum-based chemotherapy when compared to all the patients.
25P Differential response to platinum agents of patients carrying the germline BRCA1 c.211 A>G pathogenic variant
M. I. Gómez-Randulfe Rodríguez,S. Silva Diaz,R. Lesta Mellid,M. Quindós Varela,B. Alonso de Castro,I. Parajó Vázquez,Rosario Garcia Campelo +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors performed a single-centre retrospective analysis of patients with BRCA1 c.211 A>G pathogenic variants, which is a founder mutation originated in the northwest of Spain.
41P BRCA2 pathogenic variant (PV): A novel agnostic biomarker for immune checkpoint blockers (ICB)?

Clonal hematopoiesis (CH) associated mutations in patients with advanced solid tumors enrolled in phase I clinical trials.
J. E. Rodriguez,A. Bayle,Arnaud Pagès,François-Xavier Danlos,D. Le Vasseur,Etienne Rouleau,Ludovic Lacroix,B. Alonso de Castro,Vincent Goldschmidt,L. Seknazi,Antoine Hollebecque,Jean Michon,Stéphane Champiat,Aurélien Marabelle,Kaïssa Ouali,Christophe Marzac,Santiago Ponce Aix,Antoine Italiano,Jean-Baptiste Micol,Capucine Baldini +19 more
TL;DR: In this article , an increased number of CH associated mutations has been identified in patients (pts) with solid tumors, and their impact on patients' outcomes remains unclear, however, the authors aim to integrate molecular data and clinical characteristics of CH in pts enrolled in clinical trials.
