[Adult case of severe Henoch-Schönlein purpura associated with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome successfully treated with intravenous cyclophosphamide].
TL;DR: A 37-year-old female patient with HSP nephritis (HSPN) associated with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome and renal dysfunction despite conventional therapy is successfully treated with intravenous cyclophosphamide and combination therapy, resulting in a significant decrease in proteinuria and improvement of renal function.

TL;DR: Oral PPS oral treatment for patients with CJD was not effective in seven cases except “response to person” and “frequency of myoclonus” in some patients, and one patient was evaluated to be effective in “30m walking time’ and in improvement of “preservation of words”.
