According to the present invention, the carbon nanotube-dispersed solution comprises: entangled carbon nanotube; a dispersion medium; and a polyvinyl butyral resin whose weight average molecular weight exceeds 50,000. According to the present invention, the carbon nanotube-dispersed solution is suitable for mixing the dispersion medium and the carbon nanotube together having each different polarity.

The invention provides a preparation method of a modified carbon nanotube. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps that trimethyl-1-propanaminium iodide, hydroxyphenol acetaldehyde precondensate resin, hydroxyphenol formaldehyde precondensate resin and the carbon nanotube are simply premixed according to a certain mass ratio; vacuum drying is performed for 12 to 24h at 40 to 100 DEG C; then, an obtained mixture is put into a continuous internal mixer to be subjected to surface modification at 80 to 120 DEG C; the rotating speed of a rotor is set to be 30 to 200 r/min; reaction is performed for 0.5 to 3h; the modified carbon nanotube is prepared. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the modified carbon nanotube provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple and easy to be controlled; the cost is low; no pollution exists; the industrialization is easily realized; the dispersion capability of the modified carbon nanotube, prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention, in natural latex is greatly improved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube dispersion in which the condensation of carbon nanotubes is suppressed, and exhibiting high dispersion stability, and a carbon nanotube/rubber composite having excellent electrical conductivity using the same.SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube dispersion composed of: carbon nanotubes alkyl diphenyl oxide disodium sulfonate; and a dispersion medium is blended with a rubber latex, and next, salt precipitation is performed to obtain a carbon nanotube/rubber composite. In the carbon nanotubes, the average diameter Av and diameter distribution 3 σ preferably satisfy 0.60>3 σ/Av>0.20. Further, the dispersion medium preferably being water.
