Efficacy and long-term safety of StarClose™ for hemostasis of arterial puncture sites distal to common femoral artery bifurcation after percutaneous coronary interventions.
Payam Dehghani,Atif Mohammad,Danny Marcuzzi,Tony Hong,Kate Holmes,Melma Jean S. Evangelista,Adrien Boutin,Howard Leong-Poi,Asim N. Cheema +8 more
TL;DR: The StarClose™ vascular system (SC) can be used for hemostasis after PCI in select cases where the arterial puncture site is located distal to the CFA bifurcation without adverse clinical outcomes.

Comparison of abciximab and eptifibatide on angiographic and clinical outcomes in rescue percutaneous coronary intervention for failed fibrinolytic therapy.
R.R. Bajaj,Atif Mohammad,Tony Hong,Affan Irfan,Waseem Sharieff,Alan Bagnall,Jo-Ann Christie,Michael J.B. Kutryk,Robert J. Chisholm,Asim N. Cheema +9 more
TL;DR: Findings suggest that abciximab or eptifibatide as an adjunct to rescue PCI resulted in greater improvement in angiographic and electrical estimates of myocardial perfusion and smaller infarct size compared to ept ifatide, and may not benefit in the setting of rescue PCI.

CRT-716 Six-month Revascularization Outcome Of Jetstream Atherectomy In Treating In-stent Restenosis Of Femoropopliteal Arteries: Results Of The Jetstream-ISR Study
Nicolas W. Shammas,Gail A. Shammas,Subhash Banerjee,Jeffrey J. Popma,Atif Mohammad,Michael Jerin +5 more
TL;DR: Debulking of FP ISR lesions has been attempted to reduce restenotic tissue burden and improve patency or target lesion revascularization (TLR) in patients with FP artery restenosis.

Swagata Das,Atif Mohammad,Karan Sarode,Gene Pershwitz,Omar Hadidi,Rahul Thomas,Ariel Vinas,Mazen Abu-Fadel,Robert S. Dieter,Mir Ishti Ali,Nicolas W. Shammas,Anand Prasad,Oswaldo Gigliotti,Andrew S. Klein,Jad Raffoul,Dharam J. Kumbhani,Purav Mody,Shadman Baig,Scott Kinlay,Emmanouil S. Brilakis,Subhash Banerjee +20 more
TL;DR: There is limited data regarding differences in patency and clinical outcomes of patients with life style limiting claudication and Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI).
