Surgical management of recurrent lumbar disc herniation and the role of fusion.
TL;DR: The data suggest that MID has lower complication rates than CD in the setting of RLDH, yet unequivocal evidence is lacking, and there is no evidence to recommend the routine addition of ISF in the management of R LDH.

TL;DR: The finding that LSTs exhibit a mutational load similar to colorectal carcinomas has implications for the validity of molecular biomarkers for assessing cancer risk and integrated omics data identify molecular features associated with noncancerous L STs highlight that mutation load, which is relatively high in Lsts, is a poor predictor of invasive potential.
A correlation of the endoscopic characteristics of colonic laterally spreading tumours with genetic alterations

TL;DR: The biological significance of endoscopic findings is demonstrated by showing that the morphological characteristics of LSTs are underpinned by distinctive molecular profiles.

Cervical chordoma surgically resected via three-stage procedure with intraoperative images.
TL;DR: A 78-year-old man presented to the head and neck clinic with a 2-month history of a right-sided neck mass, which favoured chordoma, and underwent a successful three-stage surgical excision and spinal instrumentation, making an uneventful recovery.
