Suppression of endocytosis in polyclonally activated Con A-stimulated T lymphocytes by 25-hydroxycholesterol.

Endocytosis in cytotoxic T-lymphocytes.
TL;DR: Endocytosis in T lymphocytes was analyzed during their differentiation into cytotoxic effector cells in allogeneic mixed lymphocyte cultures, finding that endocytic activity increases from a very low value to reach a peak at Day 5, at which time the cytot toxic titer is highest in these cell cultures.
