Identification of CD8+CD25+Foxp3+ suppressive T cells in colorectal cancer tissue
Nathalie Chaput,Samy Louafi,Armelle Bardier,Frédéric Charlotte,Jean-Christophe Vaillant,Fabrice Menegaux,Michelle Rosenzwajg,François M. Lemoine,David Klatzmann,Julien Taieb +9 more
TL;DR: A new regulatory T cell population (CD8+Foxp3+) in colorectal tumours is identified and demonstrated strong immunosuppressive properties in vitro, suggesting that these cells may contribute to tumoral immune escape and disease progression.

Association of Primary Resistance to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer With Misdiagnosis of Microsatellite Instability or Mismatch Repair Deficiency Status
Romain Cohen,Romain Cohen,Elisabeth Hain,Olivier Buhard,Agathe Guilloux,Armelle Bardier,Rachid Kaci,Philippe Bertheau,Florence Renaud,Florence Renaud,Frédéric Bibeau,Jean-François Fléjou,Jean-François Fléjou,Thierry André,Thierry André,Magali Svrcek,Magali Svrcek,Alex Duval +17 more
TL;DR: Primary resistance of mCRC displaying MSI or dMMR to immune checkpoint inhibitors is due mainly to misdiagnosis of their MSI ordMMR status, and should be tested routinely using both immunohistochemistry and polymerase chain reaction methods prior to treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitor.
Can we classify ampullary tumours better? Clinical, pathological and molecular features. Results of an AGEO study.
Géraldine Perkins,Géraldine Perkins,Magali Svrcek,Magali Svrcek,Cecile Bouchet-Doumenq,Thibault Voron,Orianne Colussi,Clotilde Debove,Fatiha Merabtene,Sylvie Dumont,Alain Sauvanet,Pascal Hammel,Jérôme Cros,Thierry André,Jean-Baptiste Bachet,Armelle Bardier,Richard Douard,Tchao Meatchi,Frédérique Peschaud,Jean-François Emile,Isabelle Cojean-Zelek,Pierre Laurent-Puig,Julien Taieb +22 more
TL;DR: Mutational analysis and MUC5AC expression provide no additional value in the prognostic evaluation of AA patients and the AGEO prognostic score was confirmed as a strong prognosticator for disease recurrence.
hENT1 Testing in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma: Are We Ready? A Multimodal Evaluation of hENT1 Status
Jerome Raffenne,Rémy Nicolle,Francesco Puleo,Delphine Le Corre,Camille Boyez,Raphaël Maréchal,Jean-François Emile,P. Demetter,Armelle Bardier,Pierre Laurent-Puig,Louis de Mestier,Valérie Paradis,Valérie Paradis,Anne Couvelard,Anne Couvelard,Jean Luc VanLathem,John R. Mackey,Jean-Baptiste Bachet,Magali Svrcek,Jérôme Cros,Jérôme Cros +20 more
TL;DR: The 10D7G2 clone has the best predictive value of gemcitabine benefit in PDAC patients and hent1 mRNA level could represent an alternative to assess hENT1 status.

Temsirolimus-induced glomerulopathy.
TL;DR: A 58-year-old man with advanced renal cell carcinoma developed grade 3 proteinuria (8.5 g/24 h) without microscopic hematuria or renal insufficiency five days after temsirolimus infusion and kidney biopsy revealed ischemic glomeruli and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis lesion.
