A novel prediction model for educational planning of human resources with data mining approach: a national tax administration case study
TL;DR: In this article, a model based on organizational data analysis to achieve a unique and appropriate training planning for each staff is provided, where a decision tree model is selected to extract unknown rules and patterns in the educational decision-making staff; the neural network model was selected as the predictive model to predict the target variables.

TL;DR: In this paper, the performance analysis using Petri Nets (PN) is employed for assessing the performance of the manufacturing process of pars metal, a manufacturing industry in the country, using PN so as to evaluate various performance parameters such as utilization rate of machines, bottleneck detection, cycle time, and throughput rate of system under consideration and providing solutions and recommendations for the pitfalls and ramification for attaining the optimum productivity.
