Benzimidazole Linked Arylimide Based Covalent Organic Framework as Gas Adsorbing and Electrode Materials for Supercapacitor Application
Arkapal Roy,Sanjoy Mondal,Arijit Halder,Ambar Banerjee,Debajyoti Ghoshal,Ankan Paul,Sudip Malik +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a benzimidazole appended arylimide (pyromellitic, naphthalene and perylene) based covalent organic framework (COF) has been synthesized through the condensation polymerization pathway, by taking consideration of the special noncovalent interaction with carbon dioxide.

Covalently linked benzimidazole-containing reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline nanocomposites as electrode materials
TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported the effective synthesis of 1,3-bis(2′-benzimidazolyl)-5-aminobenzene-grafted graphene oxide, followed by reduction, affording covalently linked benzimide-containing chemically modified reduced graphene oxide.
Proton induced aggregation of water soluble isophthalic acid appended arylene diimides: justification with perylene derivative
TL;DR: In this article, the authors report the self-assembly behavior of five water soluble arylene diimides based on benzene, naphthalene and perylene moieties, by utilizing the essentiality of two major reversible supramolecular interactions, hydrophobic π stacking and hydrophilic hydrogen bonding.

Nanocomposites of polypyrrole/graphene nanoplatelets/single walled carbon nanotubes for flexible solid-state symmetric supercapacitor
TL;DR: In this paper, a low-cost and easy preparation procedure has been employed for the fabrication of nanocomposites based on graphene nanoplatelets (GP), single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and polypyrrole (PPy) [GP/ SWNTs/PPy] for the superior supercapacitor electrode materials by taking advantage of electrochemical double layer capacitance of carbonaceous moieties and pseduocapacitance of conducting polymer.
